Scope of the certification
The certification covers the information security management system associated with the organization's processes and the Eholo tool: a modular clinical operations platform covering patients, therapy sessions, clinical records, consent forms, billing, communications, videos, transcriptions and automations, all integrated into a single system. In accordance with the Statement of Applicability V1 2026.
What ISO 27001 is
It is the international reference standard for information security management systems. It is neither a tool nor a promise of zero risk: it shows that security is managed through processes, controls and continuous review, audited by an independent body.
Why it matters in mental health
Eholo handles particularly sensitive information: schedules, clinical records, consent forms and communications with patients. The certification is part of ongoing work to protect that information, not an end point.
What it means for you
